ONCE YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE BELOW INFORMATION, YOU CAN SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE TO BOOK YOUR SESSION.

 

Please note: we are now charging £2 per adult entry due to capacity limits we must follow.  This is due to us having an overwhelming number of adults attending in comparison to children’s numbers. Children 5 months to 11 years will remain £7.50 each. Babies under 5 months who are not able to use the soft play facility remain complimentary. 

 

We are now able to accommodate ALL (our) party packages – Indoor and Outdoor. (Subject to availability)

 

IMPORTANT: All children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardian at all times. Rainbow is not a supervised kindergarten.

PARKING: Please allow yourself time to park and wait, as there may possibly be a queue, before we are able to check you in for your session. We are located within a public park and the car park allocated has limited spaces as it's for communal use. We cannot be held responsible for any traffic that may occur. We will appreciate if you arrive and leave on time especially during weekends and holidays to enable our staff to clean between sessions and open spaces for next session’s customers.

 

Garden events can be added (to the Indoor Soft Play Session you have booked), when you arrive – from only £2.50 per child! We cannot pre-book due to unpredictable weather conditions.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE MAY BE A QUEUE WHEN YOU ARRIVE. 

 

PLEASE RESPECT SOCIAL DISTANCING FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY.

 

IT IS NOW OPTIONAL TO WEAR A MASK THROUGHOUT YOUR VISIT UNLESS SITTING AT A TABLE.

 

KEEP WASHING AND SANITISING YOUR HANDS REGULARLY.

 

ONLY FOOD OR DRINK PURCHASED ON-SITE CAN BE CONSUMED ON THE PREMISES. 

 

MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR TABLE NUMBER BEFORE ORDERING AT THE CAFÉ SO THAT WE CAN FIND YOU WHEN SERVING. 

 

PLEASE SHOW RESPECT TO OTHER CUSTOMERS AND OUR STAFF DURING YOUR VISIT PLEASE LET A MEMBER OF STAFF KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS.
