Book your session carefully – We work at capacity per session and we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before your session via your confirmation email. The play session cannot be refunded or changed once booked even if it’s an error so please ask before you book if unsure of anything. You may only cancel BEFORE 48 hours and we offer you a store credit towards any future purchases from the café.
